Information for Applying Online

Should you desire more information than is available on ILA's website, please Request More Information, and our Admissions Office will contact you and answer any questions you may have. 

Financial Grant and Aid
We encourage all families to complete the FACTS Grant and Aid Application Process to verify finances and see if you and your family qualify for scholarships and/or financial aid. There is a $40 non-refundable application fee. Once FACTS Grant and Aid verifies your information, you will receive an email regarding any award amounts. The award amounts will be applied to your account's yearly tuition. Please make sure to keep your username and password in a safe place for future use.  If you have a FACTS account already, the system will prompt you regarding logging in. 

How to Apply
To begin the Online Application process, complete the following:

  • STEP 1: Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link.
  • STEP 2: Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. Please make sure to keep your username and password handy for easy access. 
  • STEP 3: During the application process, you must submit the following documents:
    • Birth Certificate
    • Most Recent Report Card
    • High School Transcripts
    • Standardized Test Scores (when applicable)
    • IEPs/504s and other educational diagnostic or psychological evaluation results (if applicable)
  • STEP 4: After submitting the application, you can track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you can print the completed application, monitor, when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms, and, if necessary, reprint the forms.
  • STEP 5: Once the application is submitted and all documents have been received, our admissions department will notify you regarding a Parent Partnership Meeting.  After that meeting, you will be prompted to complete the enrollment process, during which you will pay a $150 deposit.
