Information for Applying Online

Financial Grant and Aid
We encourage parents to complete the FACTS Grant and Aid Application Process to verify finances and see if you and your family qualify for scholarships and/or financial aid.  There is a $35 non-refundable application fee.  Once FACTS Grant and Aid verify's your information, you will receive an email regarding any award amounts.  The award amounts will be applied to your account's yearly tuition. Please make sure to keep your username and password in a safe place for future use.  If you have a FACTS account already, the system will prompt you regarding logging in. 

Exiting Public School Scholarships
If your child/ren's last school enrollment was public school, we have several scholarships available.  The students will receive a 75% discount off of the 1st year's tuition and a 25% discount off of the 2nd year's tuition (this does not include books).  The only stipulation is that your children must attend ILA for the 2 years receiving the scholarship and the parents must complete the FACTS Grant and Aid Application Process.  There is a $35 non-refundable application fee for the Grand and Aid/Scholarship application.

How to Apply
We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child's application. To begin the Online Application process, complete the following:

STEP 1: 
Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link.

STEP 2: Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. Please make sure to keep your username and password handy for easy access. 

STEP 3: During the application process, you must submit the following documents:

  • Standardized Test Scores (when applicable)
  • Most Current Report Card (when applicable)
  • Birth Certificate
  • High School Transcripts (can be from previous school or homeschool)

STEP 4: After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.

STEP 5: Once the application is submitted and all documents have been received, our admissions department will notify you regarding an interview.  After the interview, you will be prompted to complete enrollment in which you will pay a $150 deposit which will go towards your first month's tuition.
